General Terms of Sale and Payment

The seller is AI CRAFTERS FRANCE, which is responsible for operating and selling the digital products made available through Hekayatna.

These terms apply to each purchase of a personalized story, digital product, or paid access option offered through the platform.

An order becomes binding once the customer starts the purchase flow and confirms the required information on the platform or on the associated payment page.

AI CRAFTERS FRANCE may update these terms at any time, and the version in force on the date of the order will govern the relevant transaction.

Prices are displayed on the platform or at checkout in the currency shown to the customer at the time of purchase. The applicable price is the one in effect when the payment session is created.

If taxes, fees, or invoice-related information must be displayed by law, they will be shown or calculated within the checkout flow according to the service configuration in use.

Hekayatna uses Stripe as a secure online payment gateway for purchases. When payment is selected, the customer is redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page to complete the transaction.

Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure environment. AI CRAFTERS FRANCE and Hekayatna do not store full card details on their own servers.

In the current service setup, Stripe Checkout is created as a one-time immediate payment flow, and the available payment methods are shown directly on the Stripe page, with card payments enabled in the current implementation.

• An order is treated as paid only after Stripe accepts the transaction and our systems confirm it.
• If the transaction fails, expires, or is declined by the bank or payment provider, the purchase is not completed and paid access remains locked.
• We may keep payment-related reference data such as the checkout session ID, payment intent ID, invoice reference, or customer email for order management, invoicing, support, and fraud-prevention purposes.

After successful payment confirmation, the order is updated in our system and the paid story or digital download access is unlocked according to the product purchased.

Full unlocking may require a short additional delay while the technical confirmation from Stripe reaches our systems and the order status is finalized.

• Access stays locked until payment is successfully confirmed.
• If unlocking takes unusually long after a charge is made, the customer may contact support and provide the order details or the email used during checkout.

Before payment is completed, the customer may stop the checkout process without being charged by us, subject to anything displayed in the Stripe interface before final confirmation.

Once payment succeeds and the digital product is unlocked or delivered, digital orders are generally final, except where there is a duplicate charge, a material technical delivery failure, or a mandatory legal right under applicable law.

Refund or corrective handling requests are reviewed case by case and may result in service reprocessing, access restoration, or an appropriate financial adjustment where justified.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order, including the email address used with the account or during checkout where needed to complete the transaction.

Account credentials must remain confidential and access may not be shared with third parties. Any unauthorized use or paid-access issue should be reported promptly.

All software elements, designs, trademarks, and platform content remain protected by the intellectual property rights of AI CRAFTERS FRANCE or its licensors.

The customer may use the purchased story or digital product for personal or family non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

AI CRAFTERS FRANCE makes reasonable efforts to keep the service, payment flow, and delivery process available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of technical issues outside its control, such as network outages, third-party provider incidents, or force majeure.

The company is not liable for delays or failures caused by external events or by inaccurate information supplied by the customer during ordering or payment.

AI CRAFTERS FRANCE complies with applicable personal data protection rules, including GDPR, and uses order- and payment-related data only to the extent necessary for sales administration, support, compliance, and fraud prevention.

These general terms of sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties should first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Nanterre unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
